Pudana - Last of the Line awarded in Créteil

Anastasia Lapsui's and Markku Lehmuskallio's new feature film Pudana - Last of the Line has been awarded the Grand Jury Award for the best fiction feature film in the 32nd Ctréteil International Women's Film Festival in France. Congratulations!

Anastasia Lapsui and Markku Lehmuskallio won the Main Prize in Créteil now for the second time. Their film Seven Songs from the Tundra won the prize in 2000.

Créteil International Women's Film Festival was first organized in 1979, and is mainly concentrating in the works of women filmmakers. This year the festival took place in April 2 - 11, 2010. For more information on the festival, see: www.filmsdefemmes.com
